Full job description

We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and motivated Kitchen Manager to lead our kitchen team and ensure the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen.
  • Manage, train, and motivate kitchen staff.
  • Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and portion control.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen.
  • Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service.
  • Manage staff schedules and ensure adequate kitchen coverage.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager, Head Chef, or in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of food preparation, kitchen operations, and food safety.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Passion for food quality, teamwork, and customer satisfaction.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
