Key responsibilities include, but are not limited too, managing a bustling restaurant when the senior manager is elsewhere, demonstrating impeccable organisational skills, overseeing all staff, and daily tasks & duties.

Your exceptional people skills, coupled with stock management abilities, will contribute to the seamless operation of our establishment/s.

We value proactive individuals who don't require micromanagement and those who are able to bring in their own ideas and experience to our operations.

Living in the local area or having your own means of transport is a definite plus.

Your role will encompass:

• Exemplifying outstanding customer service
• Daily, effective staff management and training
• Oversight of stock control and ordering
• Daily invoice capturing
• Skilful problem-solving abilities
• Upholding standards and ensuring quality control
• Assisting with shift rosters
• Conducting cash-ups of waitrons, bartenders and the POS system
• Safely & securely closing of the restaurant

Flexibility is also important, as this role requires availability on weekends & public holidays, with varying day and night shifts to accommodate the unique rhythm of our establishment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: R15 000,00 - R20 000,00 per month
