New Portuguese restaurant in the Hyde Park area & established Landmark Restaurant in Parktown, looking for experienced and effective restaurant operator's who can manage all facets of a restaurant. Strong leadership skills with staff and great people skills with clients and suppliers.

Must have own vehicle and live no further then 40 minutes away from Hyde Park, Johannesburg.
