# SEASONED RECRUITMENT IS HIRING: RESTAURANT MANAGER – UAE

**Location:** United Arab Emirates

**Salary:** AED 9,000 – 12,000 per month | Approx. **R39,000 – R52,000 per month**

**Interviews:** Cape Town | 17 & 18 September 2026

**Anticipated Start:** From approximately mid-October 2026

Seasoned Recruitment is seeking an experienced and highly professional **Restaurant Manager** for an exciting international opportunity in the UAE.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of a busy, high-standard restaurant, leading the team and ensuring exceptional levels of service, operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.

### Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all day-to-day restaurant operations
  • Lead, motivate and develop the front-of-house team
  • Maintain exceptional guest service and operational standards
  • Manage staffing, rosters, training and performance
  • Oversee stock control, cash-ups and operational administration
  • Monitor costs and assist in driving revenue and profitability
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally
  • Work closely with the kitchen and senior management
  • Ensure hygiene, service and company standards are consistently maintained
  • Take ownership of the overall guest experience

### Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager within a reputable hospitality establishment
  • Strong leadership and people-management skills
  • Excellent operational and administrative ability
  • Sound understanding of restaurant financial controls and cost management
  • Excellent communication and guest-relations skills
  • Professional presentation and a service-driven approach
  • Ability and willingness to relocate to the UAE
