PRIMARY JOB PURPOSE
To oversee the daily restaurant operations by leading the team, maintaining high service standards, ensuring operational efficiency, and delivering an exceptional dining experience while achieving business objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the daily operations and performance of the restaurant.
  • Lead, supervise, and develop the restaurant team.
  • Maintain exceptional food, service, cleanliness, and operational standards.
  • Monitor staff performance, attendance, scheduling, and training.
  • Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
  • Coordinate restaurant functions and special events.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and food safety regulations.
  • Drive revenue, profitability, and overall operational excellence.
  • Perform additional duties as required by management.
