We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead our team and oversee the daily operations of our Korean fried chicken restaurant.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Restaurant Manager or Supervisor.
• Strong experience in stock control, stocktaking and placing supplier orders.
• Experience managing staff, preparing shift rosters and training team members.
• Proficiency in POS systems, end-of-day closing and cash reconciliation.
• Good understanding of food safety, hygiene and restaurant operating standards.
• Strong leadership, communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure during busy service periods.
• Availability to work shifts, evenings, weekends and public holidays.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Coordinate kitchen, front-of-house, takeaway and delivery operations to ensure accurate orders and timely service.
• Maintain consistent food quality, presentation and customer service standards.
• Monitor stock levels, place orders, check deliveries and investigate stock discrepancies.
• Control food waste, food costs and labour costs.
• Recruit, train, supervise and support staff; manage attendance and performance.
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally.
• Complete daily POS closing, reconcile cash and card transactions, and investigate discrepancies.
• Ensure cleanliness, food safety and workplace safety standards are maintained.
• Monitor sales and provide daily operational reports to the owner.
• Keep equipment in good working order and report maintenance needs promptly.
