• At least 5 years' experience in a reputable restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of food, beverages, and exceptional customer service.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Well-groomed, professional, and reliable.
• Available to work weekends, public holidays, and shifts.
