Full job description
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in Restaurant Management
- Previous experience in managing a high-end Restaurant is essential
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and service standards
- Proven Experience in managing FOH, BOH & Bar Teams
- Excellent Leadership , communication, and customer service skills
- Strong Staff Management and performance management abilities
- Ability to manage stock, costs, and operations targets
- Professional appearance and strong attention to detail
- Ability to work shifts, late evenings, weekends, and public holiday
Package Renumeration:
