Are you passionate about hospitality, customer service, and leading a team? We’re looking for an experienced, energetic, and hands-on Front of House Manager to join our restaurant team!

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily front-of-house operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Lead, train, motivate, and manage waitstaff and front-of-house employees.
  • Ensure exceptional guest experiences and handle customer queries or complaints professionally.
  • Manage bookings, table allocations, and service flow.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and hospitality.
  • Monitor staff performance, manage shifts, and ensure punctuality.
  • Work closely with the kitchen, bar and management team to deliver excellent service.
  • Assist with stock control, ordering, cash-ups, and daily reporting where required.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • A strong customer-service mindset and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional attitude, positive energy, and a hands-on approach.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required.
