Full job description
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in Restaurant Management
- Previous experience in managing a high-end Restaurant Kitchen is essential
- Strong knowledge of Kitchen operations , culinary skills, hygiene standards, organisational skills
- Proven Experience in managing large number of Kitchen Employees
- Excellent Leadership & communication skills
- Strong Staff Management and performance management abilities
- Ability to manage stock control
- Professional appearance and strong attention to detail
- Ability to work shifts, late evenings, weekends, and public holidays
