Bootlegger is one of South Africa's fastest-growing coffee brands, and we're looking for a strong Restaurant Manager to run one of our stores.

The role: Run the store end to end. Lead and roster the team, hold our coffee and service standards, manage stock, ordering and invoicing, handle cash-ups and daily numbers, keep the floor and kitchen running through busy service, and own the customer experience. You're accountable for the store performing and the team growing.

What we're looking for:

• Solid restaurant or hospitality management experience
• A real leader who builds and grows a team, not just manages one
• Strong on the operational side: stock, ordering, invoicing, cash-ups, rosters
• Calm and in control under pressure, with high standards on quality and service
• Reliable, hands-on, and happy to lead from the floor
• Own transport an advantage
