Restaurant Senior manager
Stellenbosch
Restaurant in Stellenbosch requires a full time general manager
The successful candidate must:
-be a South African citizen
- be prepared to work industry hours which include late evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- have excellent computer literacy skills
- experience working with POS systems
- previous restaurant/bar management experience
- relevant admin experience
- be self motivated and able to work under pressure
- be able to work alone as well as part of a team
- have the ability to delegate
- reside in Stellenbosch
- good stock management skills and knowledge of liquor and food costings essential
- be well spoken and presentable
- have a clean criminal record and traceable references
- knowledge of wine an advantage
A tertiary qualification and a first aid qualification will be advantageous.
We will only consider applicants with relevant experience and references that meet the above mentioned criteria.
