We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to take responsibility for the overall day to day management and professional operation of a Multi-Department Healthcare Company.

This is a hands on leadership position that requires someone who can take ownership of the organisation, manage multiple departments, lead a team of 15+ employees, and ensure the company consistently presents a professional, efficient and welcoming image to patients, clients and business partners.

The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, staff performance, internal processes, patient experience and workplace standards. They will be expected to identify areas for improvement, implement effective systems and ensure that every department operates cohesively and to a high standard.

A key part of the role will be protecting and strengthening the company’s professional image and reputation. This includes maintaining high standards of service, professionalism, appearance, communication and customer care across the organisation.

The ideal candidate will be a confident people manager and strong problem solver who can walk into a busy environment, take control, bring structure, motivate staff and ensure that the organisation operates smoothly and professionally.

This is not a traditional medical practice management position. The successful candidate will oversee the broader operations of a multi-department healthcare organisation.

Pay: From R30 000,00 per month
