Join Our Team as a Host / Hostess
Are you passionate about people and creating memorable guest experiences? Do you thrive in a vibrant, fast-paced hospitality environment? We’re looking for a friendly and professional Host/Hostess to join our team at Durbanville Hills.
About Us
Durbanville Hills, located in the beautiful Durbanville wine valley, is known for its breathtaking views, award-winning wines, and warm hospitality. As a Host/Hostess, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for an exceptional visit.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome guests
- Manage reservations and seating efficiently
- Assist guests with basic information about the venue and offerings
- Ensure a smooth flow of guests and support the front-of-house team
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, professional, and well-presented
- Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
- Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and public holidays
