Compensation: Competitive base salary + 2% commission on sales

About Us

Concept Foods has been a trusted name in food and beverage distribution across Southern Africa for 17 years, with a national footprint and an established network of 3PL partners across the country. Building on that foundation, we launched Global Beverages to bring premium international beer brands into the Southern African market — starting with an exclusive partnership with Heineken Asia for the Kingfisher and Snow brand, and an exclusive agreement with ThaiBev Group for the Chang beer brand.

This is a rare opportunity to build a new premium beverage business from the ground up, backed by the infrastructure, financial stability, and industry relationships of an established distributor.

The Role

We're looking for an experienced, entrepreneurial sales professional to lead the growth of our beer brands across Gauteng. You'll be building the customer pipeline from scratch — identifying, pitching, and onboarding new on-consumption (restaurants, bars, hospitality venues) and off-consumption accounts and growing our presence in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage a new business pipeline for Kingfisher, Snow and Chang across Gauteng
• Identify and onboard new customers, with an initial focus on Indian and Asian on-consumption restaurants and hospitality venues
• Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing
• Represent all brands professionally, understanding their positioning and story
• Work closely with the Global Beverages team to feed market insight into broader marketing and expansion plans
• Maintain accurate pipeline and account records

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience building a customer base or territory from zero — ideally in FMCG, beverage, or on-trade/HORECA sales
• Existing relationships in the Gauteng hospitality/on-consumption trade are a strong advantage
• Comfortable with the ambiguity and pace of an early-stage business, while backed by an established parent company
• Self-starter who can operate with minimal oversight while building something new
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Valid driver's license and own vehicle

Pay: R18 000,00 - R22 000,00 per month
