Full job description
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous supervisory experience in the food, deli, restaurant or retail industry is essential.
- Strong experience with cash-ups and cash handling.
- Ability to manage, lead and motivate staff.
- Excellent customer service and customer interaction skills.
- Good knowledge of POS and/or other front-end systems.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable, professional and able to take responsibility for the smooth running of the front end.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the front end.
- Manage and supervise staff.
- Handle cash-ups and ensure cash procedures are followed.
- Assist customers and ensure a high level of customer service.
- Operate and manage front-end systems.
- Address customer queries and resolve issues professionally.
- Ensure the front end is clean, organised and operating efficiently.
Pay: R8 000,00 - R10 000,00 per month
