Full job description

We are looking for an experienced, energetic, and customer-focused Front of House Manager Assistant to assist in leading our restaurant and function venue. You will oversee daily front-of-house operations, manage and motivate the service team, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and coordinate smooth service during functions and events.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing and supervising front-of-house staff

Overseeing restaurant and function service

Ensuring high standards of customer service and presentation

Handling bookings, events, and guest requirements

Managing staff schedules and daily operations

Resolving customer queries professionally

Supporting stock control, cash-up, and administrative duties

Requirement: At least 2 years of previous hospitality management experience!

Pay: R12 000,00 - R16 000,00 per month

Work Location: In person
