A well-established company is looking for hardworking, passionate individuals to join its team. Successful staff will be required to work through December (including public holidays) and may be rotated across the following areas:

PIZZA

• Wash, chop, slice, and grill vegetables, meats, and cheeses, assembling custom and menu-standard orders accurately.
• Mix, knead, proof, stretch, and shape pizza dough (thin crust, thick crust, or specialty styles) and prepare fresh tomato, pesto, or white cream sauces
• Prepare toppings, sauces and doughs
• Monitor ingredient levels, rotate stock using FIFO (First In, First Out), track waste, and place supply orders with vendors.

All roles will be required too:

• Conduct stock counts
• Assist with other adhoc tasks as assigned by management
• Maintain a sanitized workstation, adhere to local health and HACCP food safety standards, and store foods at safe temperatures
• Wash dishes, pots, and utensils, sanitize food-prep stations and dining tables, empty trash, and maintain strict hygiene standards
• Restock paper goods, condiments, beverages, and food supplies throughout service, while helping check incoming stock deliveries.

Top performers during the December period may be considered for a permanent role.

Pay: R25,00 - R28,00 per hour

Expected hours: 45.0 per week
