    • Huge emphasis on staff training and development.
    • Effective communication with members of staff as well as Guests of the Hotel.
    • Coordinate restaurant functions and special events.
    • Manage the daily operations and performance of the restaurant.
    • Ability to coach, train, and motivate staff.
    • Allocate staff and duties according to operational requirements.
    • Previous experience in a hospitality, hotel, restaurant, conference or banqueting environment.
    • Management of shifts - allocation of staff to various areas to ensure excellent service coverage in the entire area.
    • Good computer skills (MS OFFICE).
    • Answer questions on menu selections, and check with kitchen staff whenever additional clarification is necessary.
    • General Food and Beverage Services.
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in a restaurant floor management role.
    • Maintain high standards of quality, cleanliness, and hygiene throughout the restaurant.
    • Proven experience in managing restaurant, bar, banqueting, room service operations and service standards within the Hospitality Industry..

WE'RE HIRING – KITCHEN STAFF!

Are you passionate about food, hardworking and ready to be part of a fast-paced team? We're looking for enthusiastic Kitchen Staff to join our team! Tin Cup is currently expanding and growing our team as we approach busy-season.

Responsibilities:

- Food preparation
- Assisting chefs and grillers during service
- Plating and presenting meals
- Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen
- Stock rotation and unpacking deliveries
- General kitchen duties and assisting where needed
- Being responsible for your specific station.

Requirements:

- Previous kitchen experience in a restaurant is required (minimum 3 years)
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
- Reliable, hardworking and a team player
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays
