Key Responsibilities
Recruitment

  • Manage recruitment activities for stores, warehouse, and head office positions.
  • Publish vacancies through recruitment platforms, social media, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
  • Screen applications and shortlist suitable candidates.
  • Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Conduct reference and background checks.
  • Coordinate onboarding and induction for new employees.
  • Support manpower planning for new store openings, seasonal requirements, and workforce adjustments.
  • Maintain recruitment records and provide recruitment reports and analysis.
  • Training & Development
  • Organize and coordinate new employee induction and onboarding training.
  • Develop and maintain training schedules and training records.
  • Deliver or coordinate job skills, compliance, operational, and management training programs.
  • Create and update training materials, SOP-based training content, presentations, and assessments.
  • Coordinate internal trainers and external training providers.
  • Track training completion and evaluate training effectiveness.
  • Support employee development initiatives and leadership development programs.

HR SupportMinimum RequirementsKey CompetenciesKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Support workforce planning and employee development projects.
  • Assist with HR compliance and labour inspection preparation when required.
  • Work closely with department managers to identify recruitment and training needs.
  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Training & Development, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Training & Development, or HR Generalist roles.
  • Experience within Retail, Restaurant, FMCG, Logistics, Warehouse, or Multi-site Operations environments will be advantageous.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in training coordination and content development will be advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Excel Reporting, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to travel to stores and operational sites when required.
