JOIN THE CULINARY TEAM AT THE BOOK CLUB RESTAURANT

The Book Club Restaurant in Pringle Bay is expanding, and we're looking for passionate, hardworking, and talented chefs to join our growing kitchen team.

We Are Hiring:

Snr Chef de Partie

Chef de Partie

Pastry Chef & Baker

Commis Chef

Requirements:

Previous experience relevant to the position applied for

Passion for food, creativity, and attention to detail

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Reliable transport to and from work

Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays

Valid South African ID, work permit, or legal documentation authorising employment in South Africa is essential
