Full job description
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie to join our Riverstone Restaurant kitchen team.
Responsibilities
- Manage your assigned kitchen section efficiently.
- Prepare and present dishes to the highest standards.
- Maintain food quality and consistency.
- Ensure hygiene and food safety standards are always followed.
- Assist with menu development and innovation.
- Train and support junior kitchen staff.
- Work closely with the Head Chef.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie.
- Culinary qualification will be advantageous.
- Excellent knowledge of food preparation.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Passion for hospitality and quality.
