The Book Club Restaurant is looking for passionate hospitality professionals to join our Front of House team.

Waiters / Servers

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Welcome and assist guests throughout their dining experience
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders
  • Prepare and serve beverages to company standards (Bartenders & Baristas)
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of service areas
  • Work efficiently with kitchen and bar teams
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures
  • Ensure guests receive a memorable Book Club experience

Requirements

Previous hospitality experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Ability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Professional appearance and attention to detail
Reliable transportation to and from work

Valid South African ID, work permit, or legal documentation authorizing employment in South Africa
