Silver Forest Boutique Hotel, Spa & 3 KITCH3NS is one of the Helderberg's leading luxury boutique hospitality destinations, and we're looking for exceptional hospitality professionals to join our Guest Experience Team.

This is not a traditional waiter, bartender or receptionist role.

As a Silver Forest Ambassador, you will be cross-trained to deliver exceptional guest experiences across our restaurant, cocktail lounge, guest arrival area and hotel operations. Every day is different, and every guest interaction matters.

We are looking for people who have:

  • South African ID
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in hospitality, preferably in a quality hotel, restaurant or luxury guest environment.
  • A genuine passion for looking after people.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • The flexibility to work across different guest-facing areas.
  • The ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional service every day.
