Guest Experience and Service

· Welcome every Guest with warmth, professionalism and with genuine enthusiasm.

· Guide Guests through the menu, confidently offering recommendations and sharing knowledge about our food and beverages.

· Tale accurate food and beverage orders and ensure they are communicated clearly to the kitchen and bar teams.

· Deliver orders promptly and professionally, ensuring every dish and drink reaches the correct Guest.

· Anticipate Guest needs and create thoughtful moments throughout the dining experience.

· Present bills and process payments accurately and efficiently

Service Excellence

· Ensure tables are beautifully presented, clean and set according to our brand standards.

· Clear, reset and prepare tables efficiently for incoming guests.

· Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming dining environment throughout service.

Teamwork, Culture, Brand Standards, Health and Safety Compliance

· Work closely with the Kitchen, Bar and Front-of House Teams to deliver seamless service

· Contribute positively to a culture built on teamwork, respect and generosity

· Maintain a strong understanding of our menus, products and service philosophy

· Consistently uphold grooming, uniform and personal presentation standards

· Adhere to HACCP procedures and Company Standards

Desired Experience and Qualifications

· At least 2 years’ experience as a Waiter in a 5-star Hotel environment

· Matric

· Hospitality qualification advantageous

· Proficiency in Plus Point

· Experience in menu and food pairing

· Knowledge of cocktails, wines and other beverages advantageous

· Professional, well-groomed appearance

· Excellent communication, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional service.

· Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays and varied shifts

· Ability to process payments accurately and upsell menu items with confidence
