Our Client, 5-star luxury game lodge is looking for an experienced, well-organized, and hands-on Food and Beverage supervisor to ensure the efficient and profitable running of the dining room and related service outlets by careful planning, controlling and the coordinating of all relevant facets of agreed standards and procedures.

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Qualification in Hospitality/Food Service/F&B Management.
  • Solid F&B experience in a 5-star environment, with proven history of delivering
  • unique, memorable, and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Knowledge and experience with stock control and POS systems.

Sommelier

Our client, a 5-star luxury game lodge is looking for a Sommelier, the ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of wines, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to provide wine pairing recommendations that enhance the overall dining experience.

Education and Experience Requirements

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Relevant qualification in Hospitality Management or Housekeeping would be advantageous.
  • Solid housekeeping experience within a 4- or 5-star hotel, lodge or luxury hospitality environment, including supervisory or management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of housekeeping standards, room preparation, linen management and cleaning procedures.
  • Experience supervising, scheduling and developing housekeeping staff.
  • Experience with stock control, inventories and management of housekeeping supplies.
