About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Kitchen Assistant / Cook to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will support daily kitchen operations, assist with food preparation, and ensure high standards of hygiene and service.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with food preparation and cooking
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
- Support the team with stock rotation and inventory checks
- Provide excellent service and teamwork in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- Previous experience in a kitchen or catering environment essential
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
