Position Summary

We are looking for an energetic, friendly, and service-driven Bartender / Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about coffee, cocktails, customer experience, and creating a relaxed beachside atmosphere. This role requires strong multitasking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve high-quality coffees, teas, and specialty beverages
  • Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to recipes and standards
  • Maintain consistency in drink presentation and quality
  • Deliver excellent customer service with a welcoming and positive attitude
  • Operate coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and bar equipment correctly
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar and coffee station at all times
  • Ensure stock levels are monitored and communicated to management
  • Assist with stock rotation, stock takes, and ordering procedures
  • Follow all hygiene, health, safety, and liquor regulations
  • Process customer orders and payments accurately
  • Work closely with floor staff and kitchen team to ensure smooth service
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures
  • Upsell beverages and menu items where appropriate

Pay: R3 810,84 - R9 566,42 per month
