WAITERS

  • Previous restaurant experience preferred
  • Friendly, confident and professional
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Able to work well under pressure
  • Reliable and well-presented

HOSTESSES

  • Warm, welcoming and professional personality
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Confident dealing with guests
  • Previous hospitality experience advantageous

BARTENDERS

  • Previous bartending experience preferred
  • Knowledge of cocktails, spirits and beverages
