Full job description

Kitchen Manager

Provide friendly and timely service in order to create an exceptional experience at Happy Folks Restaurant. Manage the day-to-day running of the kitchen/kitchen staff and insure effective time management, hygiene and stock control. Maintain quality and service levels as set out by the company guidelines. Ensure staff training is updated.

Minimum Requirements:

  • South African ID or work visa documentation
  • Previous experience (minmum 3 years) in the same or similar position
  • Familiar with all duties and procedures in a restaurant environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: R10 000,00 - R16 000,00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Bloubergstrand, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
