Alta Gracia is a premium dining restaurant committed to delivering exceptional food, service, and memorable guest experiences. We are looking for a friendly, professional, and well-presented Restaurant Hostess / Reservations Coordinator to become the first point of contact for our guests.

If you have a warm personality, excellent communication skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced hospitality environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and seat guests with professionalism and warmth.
  • Manage restaurant reservations via phone, WhatsApp, and online booking platforms.
  • Coordinate table allocations to maximise seating efficiency.
  • Answer incoming calls and assist guests with enquiries.
  • Maintain an accurate reservation diary and guest database.
  • Communicate effectively with the restaurant manager and service team.
  • Ensure the reception area remains clean, organised, and welcoming.
  • Assist with special events, celebrations, and VIP guest arrangements.
  • Resolve guest concerns professionally and escalate where necessary.

Pay: R200,00 - R400,00 per day
