Key Responsibilities: Welcome and assist guests in a professional manner. Take and accurately process food and beverage orders. Serve food and drinks efficiently and according to company standards. Ensure guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience. Handle customer queries and complaints professionally. Process bills and payments accurately. Maintain cleanliness of tables, service stations, and dining areas. Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations. Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
