Full job description
Only apply if you have studied Tourism or are busy studying tourism
1) General Travel Administration and file completion
2) Assistance with Marketing
3) Basic accounting and costing per group
4) Answering calls and assisting travel assistants telephonically with travel enquiries
5) Recommendations and quoting on holidays, flights, accommodation and more
6) Assist the Operations Manager with any task
7 ) Communication with the hotels,bus companies, restaurants, conference centres and tour guides
8) Internet searching
9）taking emergency calls if required（after working hour）
10）To provide alternatives and different solutions when the requested properties or suppliers are not available
11）To check availability and make bookings with suppliers
12）To upload and find new suppliers, updating rates, supplier’s information, quote generation, etc for travel consultants
