CASHIER – TASTY GALLOS® JOHANNESBURG

Position: Cashier
Location: Johannesburg – Various Tasty Gallos® Stores
Employment Type: Full-Time
Industry: Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) / Fast Food

Tasty Gallos® is looking for experienced Cashiers to join our Johannesburg stores.

Applicants must have a minimum of 3 (Three) years’ experience as either a Cashier or Waitress within a recognised fast-food/QSR franchise environment.

IMPORTANT: Experience must be within the fast-food/QSR franchise industry. Supermarket, retail or general cashier experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Process cash, card and other approved payments
• Operate the POS system accurately
• Assist with packing and handing over orders
• Provide excellent customer service
• Manage queues efficiently during busy periods
• Maintain a clean and professional front-counter area
• Work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Follow Tasty Gallos® operational, hygiene and food-safety standards

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 3 (Three) years’ experience as a Cashier or Waitress
• Experience must be from a recognised fast-food/QSR franchise
• Supermarket, retail and general cashier experience does not qualify
• Good communication and customer-service skills
• Experience working in a busy, high-volume environment
• Reliable, punctual and professional
• Able to commute reliably to stores in Johannesburg

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: R4 800,00 - R5 500,00 per month
