Senior Sales Representative
A busy and well-established Flooring wholesale and retail company (FLOORING SOLUTIONS) requires a self-motivated dynamic Senior Sales Representative to complement their branch in Bellville.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
· Grade 12 and a minimum of 3 years sales experience in retail environment, Hardware and Flooring sales will be an advantage.
· Working knowledge on basic Excel. Word and Outlook
. A Valid EB driver’s license
· Must be Sales orientated supported with sound administrative abilities
ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED
· Sales experience in retail industry and cold calling
· Ability to motivate and lead a sales team, achieve targets and report to the operational officers
· Excellent telephone and general communication etiquette
· Ability to resolve problems, customer queries etc.
· Ability to communicate with customers in a professional manner
· Be fluent in English and Afrikaans
· Be able to conduct yourself in a professional, effective manner at all times.
. Willingness to work in a 6–day retail environment
Working Hours: Mo – Fri 8:00 - 17:00, Sat 8:30 - 13:00
Salary: A competitive starting salary plus commission will be negotiated according to experience and performance
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R12 500,00 - R20 000,00 per month
Work Location: In person
