The Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for maintaining guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas to the highest standard of cleanliness, comfort, and presentation in accordance with Newmark’s brand standards.

Minimum Requirements

• Previous experience in a housekeeping role.
• Eye for detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Physically fit and reliable.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms and bathrooms daily.
• Replenish guest amenities, towels, and linen as required.
• Report maintenance issues or lost items immediately.
• Handle equipment and cleaning materials responsibly.
• Follow all safety and hygiene procedures.
• Support team members and assist with special cleaning projects.
