Full job description
A reputable Civil and Construction company in Bloemfontein is seeking motivated, detail-oriented Quantity Surveying/Construction Management Interns to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in managing construction projects, coordinating site activities, and learning industry best practices under the guidance of experienced professionals.
Requirements
Qualification : Dip. / B.Tech Quantity Surveying / Construction Management
Experience : None
Licences : Driver’s License (added advantage)
Duration: 12 Months
Expected Start Date: 01/09/2026
Remuneration: R6500,00
Responsibility :
The successful candidate will observe, learn and execute the following tasks daily:
- Source Tender opportunities online
- Attend tender briefing sessions
- Compile a competitive Bid by
- Preparing returnable/compliance documents
- Compiling a BOQ / pricing document
- Completing the tender document
- Compiling work methodology/proposal
- Ensuring timeous submission of documents
- Assisting Site Agents with project coordination and administration
- Compiling project progress reports
- Compiling regular tender and project reports
- Assist with the generation of the payment certificate
- Assist with the project completion report and hand over
Pay: From R6 500,00 per month
Work Location: In person
