Job OverviewWe are seeking a motivated, results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to be the first point of contact for potential clients. You will outbound call target lists in a range of different industrys and offerings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting: Research target accounts, identify decision-makers within ideal customer profiles (ICPs), and map key stakeholders.
  • Outreach: Execute a high-volume, structured daily routine of cold calls, personalized emails
  • Qualification: Qualify leads based on specific criteria like budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT).
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions, notes, and pipeline data in our CRM.
  • Collaboration: Partner closely with Account Executives and Sales Directors to strategize on territory growth and hand off well-prepared meetings.

Pay: R110,00 per hour
