Sales Executive jobs

TutorChase is a UK-based online education company providing elite tutoring services to students worldwide. Our small, remote team includes employees in the UK, China, and contractors in numerous other countries.

We are currently seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for driving sales efforts and expanding our customer base. You will engage with potential leads, match clients with suitable tutors, and close sales deals. A significant portion of your work will involve making outbound sales calls to customers, pitching our services to decision-makers and closing deals.

Key responsibilities will include following up on recent leads, selling prepaid tuition packages, and proactively pursuing sales opportunities. You will also be involved in sales account management and chasing overdue payments as a client manager.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to sales inquiries and leads via phone and email.
• Match customers with suitable tutors based on their needs.
• Make outbound sales calls to potential individual.
• Pitch our services to company decision-makers.
• Follow up on recent leads to drive conversions.
• Sell packages of prepaid tutoring.
• Chase customers with overdue invoices as part of the sales process.
• Perform other sales-related administrative tasks such as research and data entry as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5years experience in sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Minimum 5 years experience in a client or account management role.
• Strong phone sales experience, with the ability to engage and persuade customers.
• Target-driven, with experience working to KPIs and consistently achieving them.
• Proactive attitude with a strong drive to push forward sales numbers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow.
• Familiarity with CRM systems or sales software.
• Ability to work fully remote.

Working Hours

• Full-time (40 hours per week)
• Monday to Friday
• Fully Remote

Salary
30,000 ZAR – 40,000 ZAR per month, depending on experience.
