Membership Sales Consultant – Full-Time
Location: Zone Fitness Parow
Zone Fitness Parow is looking for confident, energetic, and motivated individuals to join our team as Membership Sales Consultants. If you enjoy sales, love interacting with people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is your opportunity to grow your career in the fitness industry.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Promote and sell gym memberships to grow the Parow branch’s member community
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects through walk-ins, outreach, and referrals
- Engage with potential members and guide them through the joining process
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Deliver professional, friendly service while representing the Zone Fitness brand with enthusiasm
Minimum Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12 (or equivalent qualification)
- At least 6 months’ sales experience (fitness or retail industry experience is an advantage)
- Computer literate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, persuasive, and results-driven
- Able to work well under pressure in a target-focused environment
