Experienced Griller/ Hot Section Chef Wanted

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience working a grill section in a restaurant environment.
  • Strong knowledge of cooking burgers, breakfast, seafood etc and be able to cook menu items to specification.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy service periods.
  • Reliable, punctual, and show up for shift in time
  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to restaurant standards.
  • Ensure consistent food quality and presentation.
  • Maintain a clean kitchen as well as organised and clean grill station, and able to work as an all rounder.
  • Assist with stock control and food preparation when required.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
