VACANCY: FINAL WAREHOUSE CHECKER / SECURITY GUARD

Salary: Weekly – R 1400

Yugo Roofing is looking for a reliable, honest, and vigilant Final Warehouse Checker / Security Guard to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct final checks on all goods leaving the warehouse.
• Verify quantities, product descriptions, and dispatch documentation.
• Check that orders are correctly packed and authorised before leaving the premises.
• Monitor and control access to the warehouse and premises.
• Conduct regular security checks and report any suspicious activity.
• Prevent unauthorised removal of company stock or property.
• Check vehicles and deliveries in accordance with company procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of goods entering and leaving the premises.
• Report discrepancies, damaged goods, theft, or security incidents immediately.
• Assist with maintaining a safe, secure, and orderly warehouse environment.
• Perform any other duties reasonably required by management.

Requirements

• Previous warehouse checking, security, or stock-control experience will be an advantage.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong communication and observation skills.
• Honest, trustworthy, and dependable.
• Ability to work under pressure and stand for extended periods.
• Basic ability to read, write, and complete paperwork accurately.
• Must be willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
• Valid security registration/certificate required where applicable.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment will be advantageous.
