Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and control designated sites and employees to ensure full compliance with SLA’s, company policies, and industry standards.
• Ensure consistent service delivery and operational effectiveness across all allocated sites.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and professional interaction.
• Manage discipline, performance, and attendance within your teams.
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to maintain the highest operational standards.
• Prepare and submit accurate reports and feedback to management.

Minimum Requirements:

• RSA Citizen
• Valid Driver’s License and Own Reliable Transport
• PSIRA Registered (Minimum Grade B)
• Firearm Competency – Business Purposes
• Clear Criminal Record
• PC Literate (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Excellent communication skills – verbal, written, and interpersonal
• Well-presented, confident, and professional
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the security industry, with at least 2 years in a management role
• Strong client liaison and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to operational demands
• Proven ability to manage and discipline staff effectively
