Full job description

We are seeking for a friendly, reliable, and service-driven Coffee Shop Waiter to run our Coffee Shop station. The ideal candidate will prepare quality coffee, serve snacks and cold drinks, handle payments, and ensure a welcoming environment for our clients and quests.

  • Prepare and serve a variety of coffees and hot beverages to a high standard.
  • Serve snacks cold drinks, and other light refreshments.
  • Operate the Yoco payment system (POS System) and process all transactions accurately.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station and serving area.
  • Ensure stock levels are monitored and notify management when supplies need resplenishing.
  • Provide excellent customer service at all times.
  • Follow opening and closing procedures for the Coffee Shop

Other Requirements:

  • Previous Coffee Shop Waitering experience (an advantage but not essential)
  • Ability to operate basic point of sale system (Yogo system experience an advantage).
  • Friendly, professional, and well-presented.
  • Strong communication and people skills.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to work shifts that would include working alternative weekends.
