Job Description Summary

Join GE HealthCare's Service team and help ensure life-saving medical technologies are supported when they're needed most. By coordinating service activities and helping resolve customer issues, you'll play an important role in keeping critical healthcare equipment available for patient care across South Africa.

Job Description

What You'll Do

  • Schedule Field Service Engineer visits and coordinate service requests
  • Monitor service activities and follow up on open issues
  • Support customers and help drive timely resolution of service-related inquiries
  • Work with different teams to resolve escalations and improve customer experience
  • Maintain reports and track key service metrics
  • Support initiatives that improve service quality and operational efficiency

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service, administration, service coordination, operations, logistics, or a similar role
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Good Excel skills (Power BI is a plus)
  • Fluent English
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Resilient, customer-focused, and solution-oriented mindset
