Job Summary

We’re looking for energetic and safety-conscious individuals to join our team as Court Monitors / Crew Members. Your role will focus on ensuring safety, providing exceptional customer service, and helping create positive and memorable experiences for all guests.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor park areas to ensure visitor safety.
  • Enforce park rules and provide guidance to guests.
  • Assist with group activities, team-building events, and parties.
  • Engage with children to create positive and memorable experiences.
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain park standards.
  • Support park operations with opening and closing duties, ensuring readiness for guests.

Required Qualifications

  • Over 18 years of age.
  • Valid South African ID or work permit.
  • Matric certificate.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Physically fit and able to perform active tasks.
  • Clear criminal record (subject to company checks).

Desired Qualifications (Advantageous)

  • Early Childhood Development training or experience.
  • Basic First Aid certification.
