Full job description

We are an alcohol and drug rehabilitation centre in Johannesburg looking for a part-time or full time addiction counsellor/social worker. The candidate must meet the below requirements:

1. Must be registered with the relevant registration body and their registration must be up to date.

2. Must have atleast 5 years work experience in a counselling position.

3. Must be able to perform group work and individual counselling.

4. Must be well versed in CBT approaches.

5. Previous experience working in addiction will be beneficial

6. Ideal candidate will be dynamic and a team player, with a passion for addiction and helping patients recover.

7. Candidates will be required to work 2 Saturdays per month.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: R12 000,00 - R15 000,00 per month
