Sales Trainer | Telecommunications & SaaS | Rosebank

Passionate about sales and developing high-performing sales professionals?

Cartrack, a global leader in smart mobility and SaaS operating across 23 countries, is looking for an experienced Sales Trainer to join our team in Rosebank.

In this role, you'll train and coach new and existing sales consultants in telephone selling, product positioning, objection handling, and closing techniques, helping them achieve exceptional sales performance.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver engaging sales training programmes for new and existing staff
  • Develop training content, assessments, and learning material
  • Conduct training needs analyses and monitor training effectiveness
  • Coach and mentor sales teams to improve performance
  • Prepare training reports and continuously enhance training methods

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • Training or Teaching qualification advantageous
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Telecommunications, including sales and sales training
  • SaaS training or Sales Enablement experience is advantageous
  • Experience in content development
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills
