About Asiye:
Asiye is a simplified e-hailing platform designed to make daily commuting affordable and efficient. Our unique service offers two main options: Asiye Private (standard private e-hailing) and Asiye Pool (where 3 passengers traveling in the same direction split a private ride fare, saving up to 60% while ensuring drivers earn a premium).

We are launching nationwide and are looking for 10 motivated Student Partners per campus to establish and run Asiye as their own local business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Driver Recruitment: Find and onboard local private drivers to the Asiye platform, guiding them through our quick in-app verification process.
• Passenger Onboarding: Promote the cost-saving benefits of Asiye Pool to fellow students, helping them form travel groups on campus.
• Campus Coordination: Act as the local point of contact to ensure seamless connections between drivers and passengers in your university zone.

What We Are Looking For:

• Must be a currently registered student at a local university or college (Wits, UJ, UP, TUT, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Active on campus and plugged into student WhatsApp groups, societies, or residence networks.
• An entrepreneurial mindset—someone who wants real business development experience for their CV.

Compensation & Benefits (Expected Earnings: R2,500 - R7,500 /month):

This is an independent partner role with a high-yield, performance-based pay structure:

• Immediate Onboarding Bonus: Earn a direct cash payout for every driver you successfully onboard and verify.
• Recurring Commission: Earn a percentage of the 12% ride commission for every single trip completed by the drivers and passengers you register.
• Real-World CV Experience: Verifiable experience in startup operations, marketing, and business development.
