Marketing Manager – Cosmeticom Marketing & Distribution

About Us

Cosmeticom Marketing & Distribution is a growing importer, marketer, and distributor of quality consumer products, specializing in cosmetics, personal care, skincare, haircare, packaging, and related FMCG products. We partner with leading local and international brands to deliver innovative products to the South African market.

We are seeking an experienced, creative, and commercially minded Marketing Manager to lead our marketing function and help drive brand growth, customer engagement, and sales across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans aligned with company objectives.

- Manage the launch and promotion of new products and brands.

- Build and strengthen brand awareness across digital and traditional marketing channels.

- Plan and manage social media, email marketing, paid advertising, and promotional campaigns.

- Work closely with the sales team to develop marketing initiatives that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.

- Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behaviour to identify new opportunities.

- Coordinate the design and production of marketing materials, catalogues, POS displays, and promotional content.

- Manage relationships with advertising agencies, designers, printers, and other marketing partners.

- Monitor marketing budgets and evaluate campaign performance using measurable KPIs.

- Represent the company professionally at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events when required.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, students in above mentioned fields are welcome to submit.

- Experience in the FMCG, cosmetics, beauty, personal care, or retail sector is highly advantageous.

- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and marketing analytics.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

- Creative thinker with strong commercial awareness and problem-solving ability.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools.
