Position: Catering Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage all catering operations and events
• Supervise and lead catering staff to ensure efficient, high-quality service
• Liaise with clients to understand their catering needs and provide tailored solutions
• Manage budgets, procurement, and inventory control
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Maintain high standards of food quality and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Catering Manager or in a similar role
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Relevant qualifications in hospitality or catering management are a plus
